Linked accounts

I only have one MS account, on Cortana on my 1520 (So already logged in with MS account) is the option to link accounts and listed are Linkdin, Office 365 and Xbox.

I thought I would try this and I have an O365 and Xbox accounts so tried the Office one, but when I put my MS account email address it says no such account, YES it is spelled correctly, I have tried several times, yet when I put the self same address in for my Xbox acc it was accepted, I have shut down the phone and tried again but no luck.

Any clues welcome.

I think the Office 365 integration is for business accounts only.
