Apps and files refresh constantly since download of Windows 10
- My open apps and files constantly refresh/re-load or shut down altogether.
- Icons in taskbar constantly refresh/re-load as well.
- START button sometimes not responding
- Sometimes I am not able to do a search as the SEARCH box does not open.
