Wp8.1 features not working in Wm 10

These are the first things I've noticed since trying win10 on a new 950. Let me know if you have got any more ?

1) Local Search missing and Bing searches are not integrated and the results look amateurish
2) Back Button navigation is a bit messed up
3) Normal Miracast is slow/unuseable
4) Hamburgers everywhere make the UI look strange
5) No Here transit/Drive etc ! - RESOLVED
6) Cannot make on screen buttons disappear sometimes
7) Laggy performance scrolling on start screen and app list
8) Pinning a website does not show the website graphic on the tile

Cortana live tile buggers off after a few mins. Just stops. No updates, no nothing unless you have news as an interest! Arrrggghh

Update to my annoyences above. I thought I would go and try android (s6). Most of the above criticisms apply to android to! What's worse though is the complete garbage of a UI...I was really shocked. And people rave about android!! I'm sure I will get used to it...but to be clear wp8 (and even wp10 mob) is years ahead in UI terms. Grass really isn't greener on the other side. If MS can fix the app gap ( by allowing android apps to run native ) then win 10 would still be the best os out there. Even that's only an issue if you really have a missing needed app.
