Outlook Bug?

I started outlook and logged in with my microsoft account. the screen said that it was successful and I also can see my MS account in the account settings (Name + email).
But when i open outlook again I can't see my emails. Instead it wants me (again) to add an account.

Why does that happen? Is that a known issue or am I the only one?
