This error message appears: Cannot create the directory 'C:\Program Files\iTunes'. A file with this name already exists. Please rename or remove the file and click retry, or click Cancel to exit.

I can't find this directory using File Explorer. I have uninstalled all Apple components and done an iTunes re-install but the same message appears. Any suggestions? Thank you.

In file explorer, do you have it set to show hidden files?

No clue then. ITunes support will help though.
