User profile service failed the sign in, can I please get some help?

Windows Central Question

User profile service failed the sign it

After doing the Windows 10 update . I can no longer sign into my desk top . I get two messages stating user profile service failed the sign in . And the second message is user profile cannot be loaded ! Please help
