Antimalware service executable keep running automatically, how can I make it stop?

Antimalware service executable keep running automatically

i even disabled it in Task Scheduler, still it keep on running and hog my PC power.
any way to stop it ?

which application is this? Can you uninstall it? Or change it's settings so that it doesn't run always but only at specific times?
