Streaming iPhone Audio to PC via Bluetooth?

Hello! I recently upgraded from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10, and ever since then I have not been able to find out how to use my computer as a speaker for my phone. I can connect the phone just fine to the computer, but then there is no visible option, as there was in Windows 7, to play audio from the phone onto my PC. Please help? Additional info: My iPhone 5 had OS 7.1, my PC OS is W10 Pro, and the PC has the DW1550 Bluetooth 4.0 LE. Thank you for your time.
