W7 Starter or W8 Ent?

W7 Starter or W8 Ent

Hi,

Today a company partner bring me a HP Pavilion dv5000 with win xp pro, asked me to update that to W7 , and i did, to Win 7 Starter (the only one i have) but it is a bit slow, and i found that i have Win 8 Ent, should i instal win 8 instead of win 7 ?

Computer properties :

4GB RAM
Processor : Geniuine Intel(R) CPU T2500 @ 2.00GHz 2.00GHZ

Will be good idea install Win 8 Ent on it ?

yes, Windows 7 starter is biggest **** I've ever had installed in my laptop as default OS, It lacks important system features, also it is 32-bit so you can use only 2GB from your 4GB RAM.
Go for Windows 8 Ent and update to 8.1 or 10 =D but try get 64-bit version
