Windows 10 tablets TPM clearing PB, how do I remove the message I am getting?

So 2 days ago I tried to reset my oyster T104w windows 10 tablet using the command ''systemreset''

It went nicely until a bleue screen appeared when restarted saying "a configuration change was requested to clear this computer's TPM" then a choice of a YES or NO.
I would click YEs except that touch screen isn't working neither the mouse or keyboad . I tried Volume up, volume down and power of at the same time...it's keep on bringing back to the bhe blue screen after a brief reload.
How do I choose or remove this message ? please help

Have you tried a USB keyboard?
