Login password error bug windows 10

This happened to me a couple of times. Whenever I try to log in offline, the PC says incorrect password. Even though the password was correct. I had to connect the PC to Internet and then log in,since I was logged in on my MS account. Anyone else experienced this?

if you try to enter the password again? I think I've been subconsciously seeing this on my surface

It just sometimes doesn't let you log in offline. Definitely a bug

maybe for the time being, set up log in to be local instead of email
