What if we can solve the app gap with a device?

The idea is to mirror a little device carrying Android OS (without antennas, speakers, batteries) pluged to our Windows Mobile via USB in form of a case maybe, and instead of using the whole OS just pin a tile that make a shortcut to mirror the desired app of Android, and when the app close then the mirror close.

There are apps for windows pc, if they make UWP version of it maybe something could be done.

Getting a couple apps would in no way compensate for the absolute dumpster fire I would imagine this to be.
