Moved to appropriate area...

Windows 10 How-To Guides is for write ups of prepackaged solutions... Not for leading questions on issues not yet resolved.

I GUESS U WANT TO EXTEND C:\ DRIVE
First delete D:\ (DATA) DRIVE....IT WILL BE UNALLOCATED(INDICATED BY BLACK COLOUR)
then extend C:\ DRIVE
NOTE : YOU NEED TO UNALLOCATE THE DRIVE THEN U CAN EXTEND EXTEND UNALLOCATED DRIVE

You cannot extend the drive if it's on two separate physical disks. The only way to combine them into one would be a Raid 0 setup which includes a complete OS reinstall from scratch after configuring the Raid array. While it may give faster reads due to the parallel reads, it's risky because if one of your disk fails then your data becomes irrecoverable.
