Windows 10 doesn't boot after scan disk (almost horizontal colorful lines) Ubuntu + Windows dualboot

Hello,

I am having an issue running Ubuntu + Windows 10 dual boot. When I enter the boot menu I choose Windows 10 and I get these almost horizontal colorful lines https://postimg.org/image/8qm40vw5d . I can't even enter the recovery mode inside win 10.
