Hello,
I'm having an issue with syncing my personal E-mail to my new Windows 10 phone. It is a Nokia Lumia 950, and it was issued to me through my work. During the initial setup of the phone, I had no issue entering my personal E-mail (example@live.com) as the primary account for the phone. However, once I completed the setup, I went to Outlook and attempted to refresh (sync) my inbox, and I got the following message:
"Something went wrong
There is a problem with the way eas.outlook.com is set up. Contact a support person or your service provider.
Error code: 0x85010004"
Can anyone either help me figure out how to fix this, or point me in the right direction of the solution?
