when using a proxy why am i getting the error message can't reach this page?

hello i am trying to use proxies in windows 11 and when i change my proxy settings i get the error message can't reach this page in microsoft edge along with other browsers. thanks a lot.

Open settings then Privacy and Security and scroll down and hit Location. Toggle your Location Service switch to off. Now try connecting with proxies. I hope your problem will be solved.
