iOS 8+ (Fall 2014 - right after Windows Phone 8.1.)
(those are the minimum requirements while on Windows Phone it requires the Anniversary Update or newer.)
Frankly I think this raises compatibility questions to a degree. Could possibly be the magic of Google Play Services or a large enough userbase on Android ICS. But I'm not going to quickly buy the latter.
