    Step 1: Start sentences with capital letters.
    Step 2: Return the (Possibly) stolen laptop.
    Step 3: Who is 'there'? Is it a group?
    Step 4: Download the latest Windows 10 iso, slap the contents of that iso to a usb stick and boot from it. Clean install windows. Done.
