I need help updating my Nokia Lumia 365 to windows 10 please

Basically whats happened is my Nokia lumia 365 can be updated to windows 10 so I signed up to the windows insider program thinking it would be straight forward but keep getting the following message

"Service error Please check the time date and the mobile networking signal" I don't know what this means as both the date and time are correct and I have a good Vodafone signal.

Please help me as I love my windows phone thanks in advance I have tried contacting Microsoft and Nokia and they didn't help.

Maybe you need update advisor with Microsoft Store
