Removal of partitioning on an external disk

Hey, I did delete a partitioned part of the external hard disk using Windows Powershell. Now the total disk space left is for the one bit of the partitioning. How then do I recover the other bit of storage.

You have to format the external hard disk if you are using PowerShell or windows disk management tool. If you want to recover without formatting the hard disk then you need third party disk partitioning tools...
