What anti-virus do you use?

So right now I'm trying to decide wether or not to use a third party anti-virus software or just continue just using windows defender. I'm thinking of using maybe either avast or bit defender free versions. But I don't want something that will slow my system down but I also want good protection.

So what do you personally use?
