Windows 8.1 Apps open and Run but don't play videos.

Since couple of days ago. Apps like Netflix, Tubecast etc. Open and run normally but when try play content keeps loading and never play. On the browsers play normally and fast but on the apps from windows 8.1 don't. What might be the problem caused this?.

P.S. The problem in on my PC not phone.

Probably a problem with the apps or that the system isn't registering them properly.. Here's sth you can try..

Make sure you have "Show hidden files and folders" on > go to C:\Program Files > Right-click on WindowsApps > Navigate to the 'Security' tab > Click the group "ALL APPLICATION PACKAGES"

Make sure 'Full Control' for 'ALL APPLICATION PACKAGES' is checked. If not, check it (turn it on)

This is a shot in the dark so I hope it works. Reboot after applying the fix and report back

I try and i believe didn't work or i make it worse i didn't saw the all application packages anywhere. I had to add it.
