How to permanently delete album from Groove Music?

I've been trying to delete some old music from Groove on my phone, which is easy to do (long press, delete), but it keeps coming back!

How can I prevent the music I deleted from being automatically re-downloaded an hour later?

If the music is from OneDrive, you can try to remove it from there as well. If it is purchased, it may not be possible to remove it (I have never tried this). You could also (as a last resort), try resetting the app under the app settings and manually resyncing music from your computer/the cloud.

I definitely don't have any music on OneDrive, but how can I tell if I have purchased the album? I don't see anything to indicate that in the app.

Long press the song and click select and on the right side it should say where the song is from - music pass, purchased, local or one drive

Most of the songs in this album say "Purchased". One of them says "Local only". I'm deleting all the songs individually now, to see if that makes a difference. Maybe the purchased ones will come back, but the local one does not.
