I have been able to download the Samsung Video calling app from marketplace onto my focus S. But when I try doing video call I get a message - ?Video call is not supported on this device. Check the mobile phone coverage on your mobile operator? Anybody having a clue to what it is and how I can resolve this issue. I already ensured that I am in 4G coverage area and data call is also enabled.
Just to give a background, I bought the fone from US from AT&T got it unlocked and using it in India. The fone is working for internet and all other features except for 3G video calling. Even Skype and Tango are working fine.
I have tried to get in touch with all parties, Samsung India, Samsung US, Vodafone India and AT & T with no luck. I am told by Samsung US that this feature is available in the fone, not sure why I am not able to get it working.
This is a critical feature for me, otherwise I would plan to return the phone.
