Installing Fresh Windows 8

So, since the 32GB model has so much space used by the OS, restore points, etc..., is if feasible to reformat and just install a fresh copy of Windows 8?
It has a USB port, so you should be able to install from a thumb drive or DVD.
Do these x86 tablets work that way, like a normal computer?

you probably could but i'd assume you'd need to find the toshiba drivers once installed. i'm not sure if there's much bloatware but i'd go through add remove programs and uninstall any toshiba programs you don't need.

​and just go buy a Windows Phone already.
