Why doesn't my Lumia 625 show 2G option?

Hello I'm using UK's O2's Lumia 625 in Lithuania with Lumia Cyan. After using this Lumia for a couple of days I noticed that I'm always on 3G, I thought to change it to 2G, but that's what I found in settings http://1drv.ms/1w0z57B

re:

Hmm. It should be an option enforced by the firmware, which means that the availability of options depends on both the firmware and what your SIM and carrier support.

If it does mean a 3G lock, try going to a place where you know the reception is going to be horrible, and see if it really is locked on to 3G.

When the 3G reception is bad it automatically changes to 2G, but I want to change the frequency so that battery would last longer.

I can see it in mine
Settings -> mobile+SIM-> SIM Settings -> higest connection speed... 2G 3G 4G I have those three options..

Can you see this after dialling ##3282#?
