Why do I have a horizontal line on my screen after update?

Horizontal line on screen after update

Hi guys,

A horizontal gray line has appeared on my lumia 525 screen after Updating it to the latest software version (Lumia Denim).

I believe this is caused by the update but don't know how to get it back to normal.

And FYI, The update has been done through the phone update menu and there were no errors during/after update.

Please kindly advice.

Have you tried a soft reset? It usually fixes most of the common glitches that may appear.

I did a factory reset.

If that even didn't fix it, I'm afraid you'll have to send your device in for repair.
