Why can't I turn my Nokia Lumia 625 on?

I cannot turn on my nokia lumia 625 on

I turned my phone off, and about 20 minutes later tried to turn the phone back on, but it will not turn on... it is charged

Had the same problem also. The power button sometimes doesn't connect properly so it might seem like you're pressing it but it does nothing. I'd keep trying or get it looked at under warranty. The 625 is a fantastic device but the qc isn't that great. That said it should be an easy fix. Good luck.

Does it come on when you plug the charger in?
