REALLY bad article. You need to put a big warning on this article that if you bought the phone at full price AND you NEVER took service with ATT they will NOT unlock the phone. This is a new policy that took effect in November and was tightened Jan 7th. You are not considered a customer if you never held an account with ATT.

This means everyone who buys this phone at full price on Amazon Wireless (an authorized ATT affiliate) is SCREWED.
