    Capcom is the first major game publisher to back Xbox Play Anywhere, bringing Resident Evil 7 to Windows 10 and Xbox One with cross-purchasing and cross-save features.

    We broke the news recently that Resident Evil 7 would be hitting the Windows 10 Store, but Capcom were strangely coy about whether or not it would be an Xbox Play Anywhere title. It turns out that we now know why. Those who purchase Resident Evil 7 on either the Windows 10 Store or the Xbox Store will net a copy for both systems, complete with cloud-syncing saves.
