Technical preview out is more like windows phone 8.2 rather than 10?

Yes I know more features are to come, but still the first build could have been implemented as 8.2(cause they somewhat started 8.0, 8.1 then 8.1.1 now may be because of win 10) cause it not much different (at least physically I could see, since I DONT HAVE THE ELIGIBLE DEVICE THAT CAN BE TESTED.)

That's what people thought of windows 10 TP when it was first released but overtime.... It has become something beautiful
