Back out of pending upgrade to W10?

So I have two 635 phones, one I was going to for testing W10 and the other as my daily phone staying on 8.1.

Well by accident I went into Windows Insider app on the non W10 phone, and now I have a pending update for W10.

Is it possible to cancel the update at this point?

Lumia Software Recovery Tool. You should use it to reflash 8.1 on your non W10 635. But make a backup before you start
