Modern Apps Not Opening (Build 10049)

I just finished updating to build 10049 and I noticed that every modern app including Project Spartan won't open. If I click on a modern tile nothing happens and if I try to open an app from the task bar a window shows up that looks like this:

Looks like you have a corrupt install maybe?

The only issue I am having is the Mail, Calendar, and People not working again. I tried the old powershell fix from the previous build and tried to redownload the apps as a shot in the dark but didn't work.

hmm, the powershell command worked here. same as 10041.

​Thanks for making me check my work, I forgot to run it as admin. Fixed!

Oh It did work for me.....

Is the mail, calendar and people pin to start or taskbar?????? If yes unpin from everywhere....it should disappeared
