How to Add or Remove Quick Actions in Windows 10 Technical Preview?

Recently I have upgraded my Lumia 520 to Windows 10 Technical Preview.
On Quick Actions dropdown we got Expand feature which gives us more Shortcuts or "Quick Actions" to acess but i didn't found any options in Notificatons and quick actions to edit or add & remove shortcuts or "Quick Actions"...

You can only choose which quick actions appear in the collapsed view. If you expand the quick actions bar all available quick actions will show up. There's no way to remove any of these items or to add other apps or settings.
