Wifi problem+ Cellular problem

HELP!! QUICK!!

I am on 10051.
I updated today.
I am facing huge problems.
1. I cannot connect with my home WiFi. I tries rebooting amd changing the SSID and even open some guest SSIDs. But my phone cannot detect it. Even when I try to list it as hidden, it doesn't connexct. Works perfectly fine on other devices.
2. My cellular is turned off!! I cannot make or recieve calls.

I cannot even ******* update due to no WiFi! Please help! Quick help will be appreciated.

Make a hard reset and hope the best or revert using the recovery tools. All of your problems are known issues you should not be surprised facing them.

But i can connect with other wifis not with my personal wifi? I canmot hard reset or revert due to slow internet.

What shell I say, pretty bad conditions for installing a OS where 90% of the people are reverting within a few hours.

I noticed that I cannot connect with ad hoc Wi-Fi anymore with this update. It acts like the android devices in that regard now. I went to the hospital yesterday for a routine visit and when I go I used to be able to connect to one of their many Wi-Fi s. All I saw yesterday were secure Wi-Fi s.
