[10080] Can't find Store beta and new mail app (L930)

Finally after a few minutes the start came up after showing me Loading...

Now I can't find Store beta and the new mail app in my app list. I need it to install Office and probably the new mail app. The old mail app doesn't function anymore and the new one isn't in my apps list either...

Try doing a hard reset to get the new app store.

Ok, that makes three of us now. Hard reset doesn't help.

i have that problem too. But didn't hard reset.

To access the new store, simply follow these steps:
1. Goto to ie
2.Copy this link: https://www.windowsphone.com/s?appid=35781f83-3495-4204-b994-e939c0b29000
3.paste & go.
4. click the hamburger menu>home or simply search the app you want
5. U can pin this page to start if u want ( thats how i goto the new store)

Thanks, looking for a way to pin the missing outlook app. I have to use Cortana to get to that as well.
