How to do a soft reset in windows 10 mobile technical preview

Hello all, I use Lumia 830 and i have updated to the latest windows 10 build but I don't know how to do a soft reset. I need it to keep my phone refreshed. Thanks

A soft reset is hardware specific.
On a Lumia you hold power + volume down until the phone goes off/vibrates.

Press Power + Volume Down Key together for almost 10-15 seconds untill phone reboots.
