Error 0x80200059 while downloading the update 10149

I have quite a moderate wifi connection that downloads at 2mbps.But while trying to upgrade from build 10080 to build 10149,my phone is always showing the error code 0x80200059 which is probably applicable for metered wifi network.The update is looming large but it is not being downloaded.someone please help.

Me 2 having the same issue...i guess we have to roll back to 8.1 and upgrade
