Insteon app on W10

I have spoken w Insteon and they are working on a W10 app to be released in the fall. However I would like to try W10 on my 1520, but I am unsure if the current app will function. (I rely on Insteon for many things, so its important for me)

Has anyone tried the current Insteon app on W10 alpha?

Just installed the insteon hub app on build 10149 for yoy you, it loads just fine but that is all I can do for you as I don't have an instepn hub to test connecting.

From my experience with win10, if an app does not work correctly with win 10 it crashes instantly so I would say this I a good sign.

Take a chance, backup first and if it goes pear shaped you can roll back to 8.1 and restore.

Thanks. When the next build comes out I will give it a go. The last builds have been horrible on my 1520 which is my daily driver. Hopefully a workable build soon

So, I loaded W10 on my stream 7 tablet. The insteon app works perfectly.

Does this confirm that it will also work on the W10 for mobile build? BC its a "universal" app I guess??

its still not working on windows 10 mobile 10512....I even did a hard reset. I'm not very happy either for I've invested a lot of money into all my Insteon products.
