Separate colour selection for start screen & accent colour?!

It is a must have feature if you ask me.

For example I prefer blue toned accent color but sometimes this blue color simply doesn't match the wallpaper on start screen and if I want for example to change it to red to match sunset wallpaper I'm currently using I'm forced to change the accent colour as well, which is a huge problem as I hate red

I think the tile color and accent color should be separate for all practical purposes.
