Can you customize the colors for the Surface Duo?

I was wondering if there is any way to change the color orientation of the default colors for the Surface Duo? For example. The default color for SMS from what I can see is a blue/purple color. Now I know you can select "vivid" in "settings" or switch from "light" to "dark" mode, but is there any settings that allow you to change the colors like the menu screen at the bottom? I know the Microsoft Launcher on other phones gave you the ability to.

Not yet. Hopefully they start to bring back some of those customization features in later Microsoft Launcher updates.
