Unable to download Speech Languages on Build 10166

I'm having trouble to download speech languages on my 730 with 10166.
When I tap to add a speech language under Speech Settings, it gives me a blank list.
I've already made soft reset, hard reset, installed the Insider App and signed to Fast Ring...but nothing does resolve this issue.
Does anyone has this same issue and managed this?

Reinstalling Insider app and re-login to fast ring helps sometimes...

Have the same problem and tried doing that. No go. Hopefully will be fixed in next build.

Does it has something to do with the region? Not the region set in settings, but the physical region. Now I'm located in Brazil.

Just tried reloging into the insider app and it worked, thanks mate!
