Microsoft Edge - Not able to open Password protected page

Hi Friends,

Need your help in sorting out the below issue.

I am trying to open a website which will ask for username and password while opening the site. "401 Unauthorized access error coming up"

Webpage is not opening in Edge. But in Internet explorer 11 it was working well

I think before this build 10166 everything was ok. It is also this shown when I go to site, but after tap on continue everything was fine. Now only stay here.

i dont think it is the problem of the certificate..and it is same even in the previous build. Exact problem is when i open the webpage, a dialog box will popup asking for username and password in windows phone 8.1 IE11. That is not working in this..

I was refering to the screenshot above as its telling in the error message that there is an untrusted certificate and you have to click on "Continue to this page (not recommended)".

Was there a solution to this?
This now a problem for me ever since Win10.
