Couldn't login to my phone even though entering correct password

Hello
since yay evening i couldn't login to my lumia 830 device (windows 10 insider preview) even though i am entering correct password.
No error but even after entering password screen remains unlocked???

Have you tried doing a hard reset on the phone and trying again? Or try taking out the battery for a few seconds then boot it up?

yes tried all those tricks ...
and i dont want to hard reset..
i tried savereal soft resets but still issue is there...l
i believe i did the very big mistake by upgrading to windows 10 ...

Restore to wp 8.1 using the recovery tool
