Except User Interface nothing has changed in Windows mobile 10

Even after so many Builds Windows Mobile 10 is not significant upgrade from Windows 8.1( not significant change ) ... Is this really going compete with android and IOS ,,, is Windows mobile 10 is really go to convince people to move from IOS or android .. Now with privacy issues windows Mobile 10 would take additional beating.
