Windows Insider App Shows either Servor Error OR No Builds. What Should I Do?

Servor Error-I changed the date to the previous date and started the app again.....but then when i cicked on "Get Preview Builds"....it started showing No Builds.....What do I do? I use a Nokia Lumia 730

I had the same problem. Even a hard reset didn't fix it. I had to use WPRT to go back to 8.1 and then it worked
