W10 mobile on High end / Low end phones

I have a Lumia 820 no carrier which I tried a few Win10 builds on but had to roll back to 8.1
I recently tried build 10512, but had to roll back because it froze a lot... A LOT.

I went through the forums; I was not the only one... many of you had the same issue.

My question is, Does it have anything to do with low end phones? or is it a random thing?

A newer build is coming today... I just want to know if it'll be worth trying or I just forget about it and stick with 8.1

Just wait for the stable release.
I had not been installed win10 in my Lumia yet.

I've tried it on my 625,which I don't use now. Its on d latest build now. It runs pretty well considering its a preview nd tat the 625 is a low end phone released 2 yrs back. For me it doesn't freeze or anything... Just the resuming screens nd a lotta loading screens. But now its lesser than it was before. Nd it will improve more in d next build I guess... Nd yea about gettin the new build its upto you. If u don't mind some bugs... Nd a lil longer App loading times...

Overall its smooth for me. Its just the apps tat take longer to open or have a loading screen.

My phone lags randomly on start screen also on 8.1 I put a class10 SD card but didn't resolve the issue..

WM10 10512 was not ready for daily use with my phone

Maybe u have too many apps pinned on the start?after I updated to 10 I only keep 7-8 apps pinned .

40 with 2 folders (3 column)

I notice with 2 colum format perfonmances are better but it's ugly

i have only a little lag 20% of times during start screen animation..is not terrible the phone is quite good after more than 1 year

have installed it on a L630 have no problems
will check next update and see if it is stable
enough for my L830
