unable to downgrade lumia 830 from win 10 to win 8.1

Hello guys I am trying to downgrade my lumia 830....after downloading the package in Windows device recovery tool when I am trying to install my phone get shut down than restart and check for anti theft process and than it shows failed to install....some one help me plz

It should be off so you can proceed.

Having the same problem...wanted to rollback to win 8 becos ma main camera suddenly stopped working...I'm honestly and seriously regretting using this lumia 830...any help will be appreciated.thank you.
