10565 - messaging app crashes

The predicament is simple: I open the Messaging application and after a few seconds it crashes. I'm pretty sure I gave the app all the permissions in Privacy Settings (did the same to the Camera app to fix that). Any insight?

Daily bump.

Bump: 10576 won't install, no matter what I try I get a restart back on to 10565. I repaired Windows Update, I did the CMD rd thing, and even manually deleted SoftwareDistribution\Download files and triggered the update.
