Update to W10 RTM

I dont think you need to roll back to 8.1 just directly upgrade from the previous insider build and full reset coul be good. *fresh start haha*

It depends.

If you want to stay in the insiders program, then just update.

If you want the "official" update then you'll need to wait for your carrier to release it.

I think most people on the forum here will go with the first option. It's up to you whether you want to move to the slow ring or not.

It's the same if you update from 8.1 or from a previous Win10M build. It only depends if you want it sooner than later.
I highly recommend a hard reset after upgrading. It's not necessary, but your phone will definitely work better.
